Synopsis:
"Washing Money" in Serbia? Does it exist? Who is involved? Numerous daily newspapers and other media outlets are discussing this topic. A lot of charges have been brought against various individuals and different criminal groups, but no government measures or judiciary proceedings followed.
Through interviews with knowledgeable personalities, the authors of this film are trying to find out facts about frequently mentioned rumors of corruption and criminal activities in Serbian culture. Despite this, a lot of details concerning different actions like financing films and other expensive projects "of national importance", the same as suspicious methods of privatization during the Serbian transition in the last decade, still remain unknown to the public and forbidden for discussion.
