The film is the author’s subjective view of the NATO bombing against Serbia: on one hand there is the bombing of Belgrade seen from America (where the author lives), and on the other there are catastrophic, often absurd consequences of aggression (the author was faced with upon returning to the country after the truce had been establishes. Documentary frames are acquiring symbolic and metaphorical meaning and are accompanied by Louis Armstrong’s C' est si bon and the same song played by the Roma trumpet orchestra.
