Synopsis:
A social demystification of a calendar holiday.
The plotline of the film is situated in time frame of few days before New Year and on New Years Eve. Film follows multiple characters of different age groups throughout the film. Accent is on younger generations and their understanding of New Years Eve, but future of those young people and their new years to come is shown through older people in the film. Main character is Nikola (34), who is an unemployed film director. In spite of his though situation Nikola is one of the rare characters throughout the film who remains positive and who is genuinly happy about the New Years Eve. But all of that changes at that night and Nikola tries to commit a suicide…
