Synopsis:
The film takes place in Belgrade. Its subject is modern and relevant: it is the fate of an individual faced with the harsh conditions of Belgrade street life in the time of transition. What can the individual do for society and what can society do for the individual?
Who the Fuck is Milos Brankovic, indeed? An ordinary young man, an architect committed to his work and to his love, Alexandra. Suddenly and seemingly without a cause, he becomes the victim of a street gang; his professor forges his masterwork; his girlfriend turns out to be involved in some undefined, shady business... His life turns into a nightmare.
